Does smoking hinder gains?

Smoking causes carbon monoxide to be in the blood and the lungs to struggle.

But does it hinder gains in PE?

5 years, yeah, that’s a long time. Long enough for free radicals to damage enough arterial lining so other disease processes or conditions are able to get a foothold into your system.

If you have to smoke, smoke pot. Not just any pot, but more of the cannabis sativa strains ( mexican, pacific rim countries ) instead of the cannabis indica strains ( middle-east ). Stay away from the hybrids of the two also - although this may be impossible in this day and age. You want pot to clarify your goals, make the creative juices flow, not get all stoned and wasted, so don’t get too high.

I quit back in 1986 because it was hindering my work at the time. I feel so much better now but I do miss the super extreme psychosis. Mentally, it did make me feel so much more alive and euphoric but I never got a chance to fuck high. I’m so depressed at that…but it ain’t over yet.;)

Smoking constricts blood circulation. Especially to the hands and feet. I suppose that goes for the dick also.

I smoke and take penis pills to help counteract the effects.

Remember that smoking also happily destroys Vitamin-C. According to some lowering Vitamin-C intake increases the changes of growing because healing takes longer so the penis is always weaker.

So smoking could actually be a key PE aid in an otherwise healthy person with good circulation.
