Does the Tunica strengthen due to PE?

I’ve recently started clamping.

This is approaching my fourth week. I did a post a few weeks back that the newbie clamping routine damaged my EQ for a period after (and the day after clamping). I was doing 3x10 mins.

I eased off a little, however, I’m now back at the same intensity and yet my EQ is very good.

I’m just wondering what has happened in the 2-3 weeks between clamping damaging my EQ and not? Have I actually conditioned to clamping by strenthening the tunica?
