Hey guys!

I’m getting back into PE after a 6 month hiatus. I need to start back up with the newbie routine and work my way back to more strenuous exercises. I have a question.

I’ve never gotten any gains from jelqing, for the 9 months that I’ve done it. I’ve pretty much never gained any girth at all. I think I have pretty good form. I’ve watched a lot of videos and read up on the technique. But maybe I am doing something wrong.

My question:

When you guys jelq, does your penis get engorged directly after, where it has temporary larger girth for some minutes? Because mine never, ever has. It will look full, like as big as it can be for being semi-flaccid, but the girth stays the same. If you do have temporary girth gains, how much does it grow?

What I’m concerned with is, if you guys have temporary girth gains directly after jelq sessions, then either I’m doing it wrong or jelqs aren’t effective for me.

Girth gains are still a myth to me. The goal is to move up to more intense girth exercises (such as clamping and using a cock ring after) and potentially an all girth routine. But I need to pace myself.

Feel free to provide any girth inspiration or tell me what your tipping point was for girth gains for all you hard girth gainers out there.

1. Don’t know, but it seems more puffy and then shrinks after about 1 hour.

2. I can’t control it, but I would say about 1/2.

3. I don’t think I have gained anything.

4. I only do dry jelqs.

I gained 1.5cm girth from jelqing.
Zero length.

3on 1 off
Very light grip very slow strokes 20 to 25 mins sessions.

After Jelqing my dick is huge in length and girth. It stays like this for a few mins.
After that it shrinks and after some hours it becomes big again.

The more months you jelq the more huge your dick will be becoming after it.

I did jelqing with high erection level (60-90%) for 8 years. Normal 3 seconds strikes and some squeezes in between. After a session it was either normal or it would turtle.

For the past 6 weeks I have done jelqing at 10-30% erection level and at the end of the 3 second stroke I do a sort of 3 second stretch. After every session I am a lot more girthy and longer. Sometimes it even stays larger than usual for up to 24H.

It seems to me that jelqing can be 100% ineffective for girth gains for some people. I will eventually have to move towards clamping and post-clamp cock ring. Just need to figure out when it is safe to start doing it.

My references:
I only made newbie and advanced training.
+½” EG in 6 months.
Always wet jelqs between 80%-50% (better 80%).
60 jelqs each side (up, down, both sides, front). I make a different grip every day I take it (normal jelq, with a turn inside, with a turn outside …).
Strong grip.
2-3 seconds each jelq.
Always training with hot shower or IR lamp.
5 days a week.
My pennis not use to be engorged past the training, I only use to had it when I was a newbie. Nowadays I use to finish PE and my pennis gets the rest of the day only a little bit bigger than flacid.

Along 2 months I made my training stretching - 5 min bathmate - jelqs, taking an extra girth of 4mm, but I lend the bathmate and lost that extra girth quickly (in 2 weeks).

I hope you could get the key to open your girth.
