Doing fowfers and JAI stretches?

Is it redundant to do fowfers and JAI stretches in the same session? Being that fowfers are done over a prolonged period of time and JAI stretches are done only two seconds at a time, it begs the question.

I do fowfers in between sessions. I don’t really see them as being a part of a session, they are more like a complement to my sessions, kind of like an ADS.

I love doing the JAI’s in the hot tub. They seem to give me a really good stretch.


Start 3-05: EL- 4.5x EG- 3.8

Now 6-07: EL- 6 x EG- 4.5

Goal: EL- 7.5 x EG- 5.5 Just want a BIG ole peter!

Difficult to say. I just started doing them today. Just going by feel, I’d have to say the fowfers.

What kind of ERECT gains have some of you gotten from JAI’s? Do you think they’re better than regular stretches?

I like fowfers better.

Stretching is for flaccid gains.

Jelqing, pumping, hanging!

Uli’s and squeezes, clamping are mainly for girth.

I’m not sure what the static stretcher accomplishes.

Well, I have nowhere near Kingpole’s experience, so take this with a grain of salt, but my sense is that you can gain erect length from stretching. My routine is comprised mainly of stretching (mostly JAI’s which are my favourite), fowfers (which is a form of stretching), bed fowfers, traction wrapping (not quite stretching, but sort of. I also use them in conjunction with fowfers) and some light hanging (which is also a form of stretching). I have gained erect length from this, but I also do jelqs occasionally, so it’s hard to isolate where the gains come from.
