I haven’t. It simple just pucker your anus in the rhythm of your breathing,stroking, rubbing what ever you are doing at the time. Like your holding a bowel movement, in other words a PC kegel. You should be doing BC/PC kegels at the same time anyway. Not only will this keep up the erections well into old age it may even keep you out of a convalescent home as well and save you a shit load of $$$.

KingPole - what is the rhythym? Do you kegel when you breath in or out? How long do you hold it, etc? I thought anal breathing was more like a reverse kegel: I have actually reversed the idea to where I am pushing out with my sphincter when I breathe in. Is this not correct?

I know that you are convinced that stretching is for flaccid gains. I wish it would be true.

As you know we are all different. A lot of guys have gained EL only doing stretching. Me too.

And ironically to say I have still problem with flaccid. You know, I can stretch my unit at 9” BPFSL but in bad days my flaccid seems still 2”.

We are all different.

Flaccid is only for the ego which is false anyway, who cares about that erect length is all that really matters, flaccid is merely vanity.

Since december `09 all I have done is stretching.

Mechanical and manual.

I`ve gained a full inch in length erect and several flaccid, which to me, is a great feeling to walk around with.knowing my wife can brush up against it at any time and make dinner plans pointless..

Recently I`ve begun to do two handed stretches for targeting the tunica directly and even though I`ve been stuck on 6 7/8” for a few months now, I`m optimistic that eventually I`ll get that extra 1/8” I`ve been after.
