Yeah I guess you should but I hate it when I don’t get a gain, and you can kind of tell when your getting one with me I know a certain amount of dick sticks out of both my hands and my hands are slightly bigger than 4 inches a cross so when I see some extra dick sticking out I will know I should measure. I remember how happy I was when the head just started to stick out above the top of my hands :)

Thanks for remembering us that length don’t come overnight, it’s a relatively long process. But it worth that. Because the payoff is, you can have a good cock eventually, boost your confidence and no longer feel ashamed putting down your pants in front of ladies you’re about to fuck.

I’m happy I’m seein little gains recently; a month ago, I was stuck at 18cm, now I’ve a 0.5cm gain. God willing, I’ll reach my all time gain (20cm) by the end of the year, or sooner.

Saw this thread down in the ‘similar threads’ section to another post. Read it and it gave some added inspiration. Plus it’s like 4 years old, which is hilarious. Anyway, I’ve attempted PE twice before, once for a month and another time for 3 months. The first time I gained nothing (obviously) and the 2nd time 1/4in of length. But I’m back and dedicated to not stop and to concentrate more than before. In fact, the only reason I stopped last time is that I just got a girlfriend and was too busy making sexy time :) But, back to the single life. I’ve been PEing for roughly a month now, haven’t measured yet, but I’ll know when I gain length by where it ends relative to my belly button, so I’ll wait till I notice some change. ANYWAY, hope others gain some inspiration from this thread.

We all need to take Dino’s attitude. I purchased a pump approx 20yrs ago, didn’t really stick to it, so didn’t really gain.
Last November (2007) I stumbled across this site. Started with wet jelqs, holds & Kegels, got a little carried away, acquired a few red spots, but nothing serious. Girlfriend was aware & noticed a difference in less than a month, in girth. “Bloody hell, I can feel a difference!” She exclaimed.

That’s encouragement, but I know it’s not always going to be like that. I plateaued after that month & didn’t bother again until last week.

I’ve just released my hanger as we speak, (BIB + 5lbs, infrared lamp 2’ away) will give it another 20mins blast after I past this! I seem to find it easy to gain girth, but my Tunica - BITCH - STRETCH YOU MOTHER F@&£%R!

I’m doing 2 x 20 mins today, first one I could feel my skin stretch, second & 3rd I could feel my ligs & tunica getting the grief.

I’m going to up it next week to 7 or 8.

We all need to take encouragement where we can.

That definitely helps for me, not so much as I’d wish it to. I’ve gone 10 months without any growth at all and as a result I’ve jumped routines for the third time now, always wondering what it’s going to take to finally see some change I can be proud of and show my work. Every month has been a slight drop in motivation, but I’m sticking with it because something’s gotta give when you push yourself past all those mental, and in this case, physical barriers, right?

Wow this old thread but thanks for bumping it because I needed to read it because yes even I did to be motivated sometimes and my own voice from the past is the motivator this time:) . All I can say to you guys is get involved with the forum make it like your neighborhood bar and hopefully if your like me someone will always keep you motivated to reach your goal.

Yeh man good old thread. I share a slightly different approach to PE.
I believe in keeping jelqs there as THE basic bread and butter exercise, but I have no intention of hammering away at a routine for months until gains dry up. I plan on changing the stimulus regulary, keeping my unit “guessing” and therefore adapting. By this, I will add duration, exercise, frequency etc.

I am already thinking of my next routine..

Sounds like a sound plan it’s pretty much what I do at the gym with great results, maybe I should try it with PE.

Yo Dino you are vastly more experienced than me mate, feel almost cheeky saying it!

I’m the same in the gym, I always rotate things around and it’s not done me any harm strength or hypertrophy wise. I know the smooth muscle is different though.

This really brightened my day! How many hours a day are we talking? I have thought maybe a few months ago to give up, but I didn’t because I remember everyone saying it takes months to years to see results. As you can see I haven’t given up, and I have seen some gains! So no one give up, NEVER! I mean it!
