Yo Dino you are vastly more experienced than me mate, feel almost cheeky saying it!I’m the same in the gym, I always rotate things around and it’s not done me any harm strength or hypertrophy wise. I know the smooth muscle is different though.
Experience is great and all but sometimes thinking outside the box and fresh thoughts can be very helpful. And it seems people respond to so many different things “example” while some guys don’t seem to gain from hanging some get huge results and the same can be said from all forms of PE.
I’m do for a change anyway in about 10 days I will be switching my routine to jelqing/squeezes/clamping at home and while at work I will try to wear an ADS as much as possible 3-5 hours at least. I will not have the time to wear my extender for long periods of time which is far the best lazy mans PE routine. I plan to concentrate more on the rest of my body and will keep on with the PE but it won’t be the center piece of my time off. I hope to jelq/squeeze/clamp 30 minutes 4-5 times a week and that’s it, and hopefully I can reach a size that I’m totally happy with and I can just go into a maintenance mode and spend even less time pe-ing. I’m pretty happy now with my size but I’m just a greedy SOB that can’t stay out of the bag of M&M’s which is PE.
