Drumstick question - Tom or anyone else
What level of erection, if any, should I have when using the drumsticks? Based on the illustratons on Tom’s page, you just position the sticks and start pulling, no partial erection or anything. I guess I’m so accustomed to the conventional 80% erect, ok grip method that I’m having trouble picturing which level of erection would be the most effective to implement this new exercise.
