I’m cut & dry jelq for about 15 minutes - 2days on / 1 off. So far, I haven’t traumatized my dick doing it dry.
I don’t like wet. It’s way too messy.
My routine:
5 mins warm up with a gel pack (microwaved for a minute)
20 minutes pumping - between 4 and 8 hg with MityVac/2” Gravel Tube cylinder
15 minute dry jelq
10 minute stretch
10-20 minutes warm down with gel pack.
I do 2 days on then take off a day or two.
I also wear a 2” o-ring cock ring on my “training” days all day with a Twistagrip all day hanger.
I have gotten pretty good results so far in a month and a half. See my stats in my sig.
I have pumped for only 2 weeks and worn the cock ring for about a week and a half now and I feel my girth is getting a bit bigger.
Some days, I may do some wet jelqing in the shower for 5 minutes or so in the morning.
