Hey folks.

When dry jelqing accoring to RB’s method, are the thumbs and two fingers moved back and forth along the shaft, or just towards the head?

Thanks for your interest. All I did was the newbie routine available on this site. My gains in length seem to have slowed WAY down. I actually haven’t noticed much at all in the last month. I’m thinking that there was lots of “easy” potential that I was able to “draw out” and now it’s all an uphill battle.

This just shows how “individual” our responses to PE really are.
After 1 month of PE…..
you: L=1.1”, G=0
me: L=0, G=0.5”
I have so far gained: L=1.08”, G=0.94” - but length has really been an uphill struggle for me.
