Alex, with that high of a LOT, you can expect to make some excellent gains quickly if you concentrate on downward manual stretching. Your ligs are now very short and tight, holding a good bit of your shaft against your body.
If I were you, I’d do as much downward stretching as possible, at least 10 minutes if not more per day, and for your girth goal, extreme uli’s bloat my shaft like nothing else. 5 minutes of these a day should work.
