Effectiveness of the ADS

Before I construct my own ADS, I want to know if this stuff really works, and if you won’t get a dark pennis like some say?
I think it could be very useful, if you use it after the stretches and jelquing, because you will remain the lenght for a while, until your pennis regenerates and elongate itself.

Wow. This is the best advice I’ve seen a newbie ever give. Keep that mindset man, and you’ll go places. Different things work for different people.

Completely serious. It usually takes a newb a friggin year to learn that different things work for different people and that one should experiment. Rather, they come here asking “What the precise amount of time is that you need to hang to see the most gains and the precise weights”. Stupid shit like that. No sarcasm bro. And now, so my post isn’t completely off topic. I agree with you completely. As a newbie, you should listen lots and speak (post) little. I was a lurker for most of my first 6 months here. I still mostly do research, and post only when I feel I have something important (or vaguely humorous) to say.

I’m prejudice but peweights can make some great gains. Ask Big Girtha, stubby or ineed9. I think they make a great transition between manual stretches and heavy hanging later. I think you could see gains for quite a few months before moving up to heavy hanging.

I’ve pretty much given up on ADS. I had problems with skin irritation and fluid buildup bad enough to interfere with hanging. Hanging is what gets the gains. Anything that gets in the way of it is counterproductive. IMO, two hanging sessions per day are enough to keep the tissues lengthened.

As always with PE, your mileage may vary.

If you are interested in mainly post PE lengthening, as in keeping the structures under light stress, you could also try traction wrapping, it doesn’t have to be ADS. Although I would think an ADS may be more effective than a traction wrap. But then again, both differ slightly in their usage.

Here is my experience, worth a search and several hours ?

ADS is most effective as a flaccid stretcher and best as a supplement to stretching..

However for my time here at tps not one has ever gained much erect from anything ADS at least not to my knowledge.

ALthough, it makes best logical sense from our physics classes :

That the amount of work done is relationship between time and force..

A smaller force over a larger time, it supposed to have the same effect as a larger force over a shorter time of time.but it just doesn’t work that way with the human dick.

ADS, is used for length, but I think the most beneficial immediate short term benefit would be from attempting some girth.

I have to disagree with Vanburen, ADS is not meant to be a lengthener on its own. An ADS is an augmentation to heaver hanging exercises. During the initiation of ADS to a routine there will be some gains but eventually heaver hanging will be required.

As far as a smaller force over a longer period being equal to a larger force over a shorter period. I just haven’t found that to be true. You’ll plateau with lighter weights rather quickly unless you incorporate a heavy hanging session along with it.

I’ve experienced gains from sporadic heavy hanging coupled with PEweights all day, everyday. I don’t believe my gains came from my ADS but from the heavy hanging sessions and locking in the stretched state with the PEweights.
