I just checked out the site for the penile enhancement surgery posted above and all I can say is that those are some damn ugly dicks. I know this is probably because it is post-op, but it seems to me that they should use pictures of the absolute end result instead of those freakin’ “Frankenweenie” ones. I wonder how many potential clients get scared away from having the surgery after visiting that site and seeing all that mayhem? Yuck!

I looked into this before finding out that it can be achieved naturally. After seeing some of the post op pics I quickly dismissed it. It frightened the shit out of me.

Even if don’t get any gains naturally I would not even consider having it done.

I agree. You’d think that a doctor hoping to get new clients would put some nicer pictures on his sight. I too was thinking about getting lengthening done. What’s a couple thousand if it means a longer cock? Of course, the pictures basically cancelled the sale.

Natural may take longer and may indeed be more expensive (remember, time is worth somethig too), but its results seem to be much better overall than surgery.

These pictures are from a good doctor, can you imagine what you might end up with after surgery from another doctor :s

Piet, I am glad you asked this question which I will address to the best of my ability. They don’t actually cut the entire ligaments, but actually a certain portion of it along its length that attaches it to the pelvic region. This allows for more of the internal penis to protrude forward which you see in flaccid length gains, but in erect the penis retracts to the original configuration so you don’t see erect gains , but once you hang light weights and allow the detached ligaments to heal in this new position, the erect length gains appears because the penis starts at the new configuration. In both what pe and surgery achieve somewhat similar aims to increase the inner penis forward, however the methods are different. In one you are stretching the ligs to force the inner penis out and the other you are moving the ligaments attachment point forward. However, you can do both and see gains from both surgery and pe, as they are independent of each other and could work cumulatively. For example, you might gain an inch from surgery and then another inch from stretching the ligs. However , the doctor will actually tell you that the surgery is quicker. Btw, stability issues insofar as floppy dicks , from what I understand, is that your dick will be more floppier in the flaccid state, but while erect it acts just like how your penis is now.
