ER ections

I do not get erections during the day at all. I do not get erect from porn. I do not get erect from masterbation. I only get erect from a real woman, thats it. Sometimes I get erections when I first wake up. This has been a factor for about 3 years, right around the time I started PE. Whats going on? How can I fix this. Repeat, iron rod before and during sex, but no other time.
