^ I think you need a little more than erect kegel jelqs & stretching to gain but each person is different I guess.

What works for one may not work for the other.

These (and stretching) are a great exercise though and are very effective at working out your penis.

Visually stimulating, sure. They probably give you a huge pump - I know I get some major swelling going on when I jelq erect.

But, how effective are they? My thinking is, if your erection is too firm (or hard), then how are you actually manipulating anything with the jelq? You’d have to grip dangerously hard to force any substantial movement of blood. And that could lead to injury quite easily.

You advise using a relaxed grip. How does this become anything different than simply jerking off and kegeling simultaneously?

Don’t squeeze hard at all. You trade in intensity for momentum, I don’t know if that makes any sense but I can’t come up with the proper word to describe it. You never want to squeeze a fully erect penis hard. These work similar to supra Slammers the gains come from the longevity of the erection. The longer you maintain an erection the longer and fatter more engorged it will get.

Limiting factor in my opinion is the skin. Skin becomes to tight on the boners and by doing erect jelqing you stretch the superficial layers effectively allowing your inner penis parts to expand and grow.
