Erect Kegel Jelqs
I posted this thread over at Pegym last October, so I thought I would post it here.
Did the edging thing, as you may well know I combine PE and jerking off to save on time. Did 200 erect kegels, and about 100 erect jelqs. I use a very very lite grip doing erect jelqs. Because very lite grips improved EQ, gives you an extra boost in erect length. Don’t know if that would prove to be a dick grower. Had some success with erect jelqs back about a year or so ago.
So I did something different I combined erect jelqs with erect kegels to. So I guess you can I say I may have invented a really cool PE exercise. You position your thumb like your doing erect kegels on top of the penis at the base. Instead of wanking you form a very lite OK grip above the thumb. Then you slowly move the erect grip up the shaft. What I notice is a bit more hardness to the erection and a bit more length. Been doing this for a week. I think this is going to take me out of the PE doldrums.
Instructions:
Get fully erect.
Place the butt of the thumb against the vein on top of your penis at the base.
Begin to do PC/BC kegels.
At the same time form an ok grip above the thumb.
Slowly jelq towards the glans.
After about 50-100 of these erec t jelqs relax grip.
Stop the kegels.
Masturbate for a few minutes say 3-5 minutes.
Repeat a the erect kegels jelqs a few more times.
What you will notice
More pre cum
Larger fatter less sensitive penis.
