erect penis now narrowing just behind the glans...

Hello. I have noticed something since I started doing PE. My erect penis now narrows (estimating) by about .5 inches girth just below the glans. The vertical measurement of the anomaly is about .5 inches as well. My penis did not do this before I started. I am guessing that it comes from me squeezing to get a good grip for manual stretches.

Is this where it comes from? Will this be permanent? Can I do anything to get it back?

I have this, but mine is slowly going back to normal, what I do is 200 Wet Jelqs from the Mid shaft upwards, and I hold at the base with my other hand to keep the blood trapped in, it works great, also if you get your head thicker than the rest of your penis then it won’t look so bad.

I’m a lucky SOB there… the ‘girth’ of my glans is a good amount larger then the shaft. And this narrowing I’m talking about is not visible, I can feel it when jelqing. my penis feels thick at base, all the way to near the top, then it feels like it narrows, then it gets much thicker all of the sudden when the glans is hit.

So you say the narrowing will disappear over time?
