I’ve modeled a clamping routine after drilla, BigGirtha, and some other misc. posts out there. Aside from my routine, the things that helped expansion were;
I’m 6 inch erect base girth and use a medium(orange) cable clamp from Home Depot.
Clamping at the extreme base: I would wrap the section the clamp would go on snugly while flaccid and then apply the clamp just so that it engages (still lose). At this time I slide the wrap/clamp down the shaft, pulling skin and penile tissue through the clamp. Now I close the clamp until 4 clicks remain and get an erection, once the erection reaches a level I like I clamp down one to two more clicks. (I adjust between 2 and 3 clicks remaining as I feel is necessary during the session).
I’ve found that applying a clamp to an already erect shaft doesn’t produce the expansion that this method gives.
My sessions include random amounts and durations of clamping sets which range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes and from two sets to five or six sets. Sometimes I use multiple clamps. And certain clamp durations/tightness’ I am experimenting with are aimed at recreating the conditions during a pirapsism causing megalophallus without pain.
**I’m still testing this, so I recommend a one hour-ish three set routine.**
