Fade in-out or just Fade in

Fade in-out or just Fade in

When I say Fade I refer at progressive of exercises in current routine.

Example: (A) Warm up, simple jelq, jelq squeeze, warm down = fade in

(B) Warm up, simple jelq, jelq squeeze, simple jelq, warm down = fade in-out

What is better, (A) or (B) ?

What tastes better?
(A) Chicken
(B) Duck
or
(C) Chicken AND Duck mixed together

In my opinion Duck is wonderful when cooked right, but chicken in most forms is the best.

Find what works for you. Try both for a month and take note of differences in PI, EQ as well as increases in Size. Nobody can give you a definite answer for a question like this as everyone is built differently and will experience positive and negative effects with all the options you’ve listed.

I have found that B works much better.

The jelqs after the squeeze(s) feel much different and feel more productive.

I consider the jelqs before the squeeze as part of the warm up. Compared to a workout for body building, I consider those jelqs to be the stretching part. Warm up, stretch, workout is the typical sequence for exercise.

I do about 1/4 to 1/3 of my total jelqs before the squeezes.

For me doing B has produced good gains. “A” has produced slower or no gains.

But squeezes are tricky. They can really put you into negative P.I.s. I’ll do anywhere from 2-10 of them, and I can only do 10 for one day. If I do 5-10 of them, I have to drop to 2-3 of them the next workout or two.

Hmmm I found that chicken is normally more suited to everything else.

:( . It was just an example. I’m not talking about jelqing and squeezing. I talk about witch is better:
Warm up, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, warm down
OR
Warm up, 1, 2, 3 , 4, 5 warm down

* The numbers are exercise where bigger numbers are harder exercises for your dick
