This is just a run of the mill noose type traction device. Typically, the problem with this type of device is the noose cutting off circulation and causing discomfort.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
Can the noose be replaced by some sort of other thingy that won’t cuttoff circulation and supposely enlarge ?
