OK. I mismeasured. It’s 1.75”.

Body Fat: 8%

Fat Pad: 0.5”

I wish I could understand this. Genetics do play a role, but this is like BP penis size, totally random. There is some correlation.. But some people throw out numbers like 21% BF with a 1 in fat pad versus 20-25% with 1.5 in. Yes, the numbers are similar, but this defines are penis size so it isn’t like the numbers should be 7 and 0.5.

There is too much of a difference, and fat distribution is a blessing if you have it in the right placed. I, like many, don’t have it placed right :(

Is there anyone <10% bodyfat with fatpad>0.5”?

I would guess it is not physically possible unless you stored all your fat in your groin. Remember, there is a lot of visceral fat and with only a small percentage <10%, I don’t think there is much fat left to go to the groin.

Another good reason to get to under 10%.

Has anyone here ever tried Mesotherapy to reduce the fat pad?

I have a good 2 in of fat pad For best mesurments of a 7 bpel I cant even get to my pubic bone. I amd bigger than 7, but dont know how much more.

I have thought of LIPO suction in the fat pad area. Didnt read to much into it though.
