rushmore, I am not sure I understand. Are you stretching BTC to get that under the balls stretch feeling? As for no fatigue, what are you doing right now for manuals? You have a couple of options anyway. One of which is to hang obviously, the other is to just do more time stretching. Last but not least and without knowing your routine this may not apply; try doing either A stretches or V stretches. If you are hitting ligs try the A’s otherwise do the V’s.
When I was having the problem of no gains the V stretch at upper angles really helped to hit that tunica. My shaft (read: ligs) were no longer stressed but the tunica was. Same thing with the A stretch I assume, although never did those. Work smarter, not harder.
Also remember if you LOT is low your ligs are not stretching from SD because they are already long. You may be trying to stretch the tunica but having the ligs holding the tension? Maybe this doesn’t help but I doubt at this point you are pulling inner-penis unless your LOT is -4.
