ok, when you are doin the fowfer stretch, should you feel a stretch? this probably sounds like a really weird question, but i’m only 5” or so, and i have pretty big thighs/forearms that prevent me from reaching it from behind. The way I do it is by grabbing the head from the front and putting it between my cheeks, then slowly sit down while removing my hand. This works, but i’m not sure if i’m supposed to be feeling a stretch or not, because i feel kind of a stretch, but not much of one.

I am assuming that you are sitting on the penis. If so after positioning your penis try to adjust your seating angle to create more of a stretch. After I set up one of these stretches by simply shifting my butt around I can reach desired tension. I can get the stretch to be as intense as any manual technique making the right movements.

Little by little lean forward or move forward in your chair. You will feel a stretch.

In the past guys sat on their dicks for over an hour. Personally I believe that if you can’t feel the stretch it probably isn’t doing very much.

I think this too Guiri and that is why I started doing my version of the exercise where I pull to the extreme right or left as stretched as I can then one I’m sitting I can shift my body weight to create a very good stretch. There is a thread I strated somewhere called “The Lazy Ass Stretch” I could not find it but it gives pretty good directions on this. If I am doing a large set of these, 2-3 hours, I will change from right to left every 15 minutes to promote good circulation.
