Finally! 1 INCH!
It took a little more than 10 months of dedication, but hard work pays off! I went from 6 to 7 inches of BPEL! I purchased a hanger and I am now up to 7.5 lbs. after 3 months. I started the first month out slow with 2.5 lbs. and I am gradually working my way up. The Heat Lamp has been absolutely essential, and it only takes me 5 minutes of warmup and 5 minutes after the workout to keep things pliable in the shaft. I have cut down on some of the routine time, because I got a “less is more” set of results at this stage of the game. I added Fish Oil pills to my supplements which included whey protein and multivitamin. Also, I have been working out, and I picked up some L-Arginine supplement (with the ketogluterate). Apparently, it is a vasodialator, and it seems to be playing a role in keeping my flaccid full, but my erections have always stayed quite hard, so I don’t see much change there except for maybe some slight girth, but it is not measurable with the tape, because of “ruler shyness.” So, here is the routine:
Between gym workouts (3 days every other day):
5 minutes heat lamp
Hang 7.5 lbs. for 3 sets of 15 minutes, 5 minutes break between.
5 minutes heat lamp
On gym workout days (3 days every other day):
5 minutes heat lamp
15 minute set of wrapped MILD single clamp (just one set)
30 minute jelq
5 minute heat lamp
Rest on seventh day.
Perhaps the change-up in different exercises on different days helped me break a long plateau I had at 6.75” BPEL. Well, hope this is useful to someone! Happy Fourth of July!
