Finally gained 1" by hanging
As some of you may have read, I am a notoriously hard-gainer. My ligs want to toughen. I have finally had a breakthrough and hit the one inch gain mark, which I hope will not be the last. The methods I used are NOT for newbies, however. Here’s what I had to do:
Since I suspect that I am one of those people who develope adhesions and scar tissue more than average, I have to first get a breakthrough, and then make sure I keep it. Bib said that piss pulls would at least break adhesions—for me it takes much more. My hanging angles have to be extreme in order for me to divide and conquer. I put one foot up on the desk while hanging straight down and slowly do the equivalent of lunges.
I start at 23 pounds and move up to 32. I DO NOT move down later. When it feels likes I should, I hang less, but then as soon as I get used to it I move back up. I HAVE to or my ligs won’t give in. I have to feel them stretch, then the tissues somewhat shear and let down, and then some of the ligament fibers break. This is not so comfortable, and I simply must use DMSO—not to aid stretching, but because it instantly kills the pain. If I hang at night, I MUST hang in the morning and I always feel the adhesions breaking to get me back where I was the night before. Then I wear Monty’s weights at 2 1/2 pounds all day. I always end with orange bends, jelking or something to make sure that my unit it plumped back up, or it wants to lick it’s wounds. I try to stretch A stretches during the day. I DON’T want to overwork my dick until it feels feverish—my fbpel goes down. I have gained 1/2 inch in 6 weeks with this method. I also do some long curve light erect bends which extend into the inner penis.

By the way, hanging with one foot elevated stretches the ligs to the crotch and past, up into the beginning of the inner thigh. I think the longer the length of lig stretched, the more area “gives” and loosens up. It also causes some shearing of tissues.
