finally something positive for me!!!
Some of you may remember my last post where I decided that it would be in my best interest to take PE easy for a while because of the bruising and nasty discoloration. Well Im really glad I did just that. I changed a few things in my approach. Now I have a strict routine of simply 5 minute warmup 5 minute stretch, 10 minute jelq and a 5 min cooldown every morning when I wake up. It is working pretty well, I see immidiete results in my length, thanks to the stretching most likely, although my girth hasnt increased (better only length than no gains still!!), my erections are much harder and satisfying. As for the discoloration, it is slowly decreasing.
For those of you who have over done it or are over doing PE right now, easing up for a couple weeks is probably a good idea. This is the beggining of my second week with this routine and I tend to slowly up it, by increasing the stretching period to 10 mins and the jelqing to 15. The future is bright!!
