Flaccid girth exercise

Interesting! I was doing these back a couple years ago when I started PE. I used to get really good expansion from them.

I called them “Hammerheads” because I used my hand like a hammer on top to do the compression. They seem to be very

effective. I can’t say if I gained any girth from these alone because I was doing them in conjunction with other exercises.

I usually did these at about 50% - 60% erection.

Mick, I tried. Yes, it seems to build a good “ball ” in between.

The side effect is that for the following two days I haven’t had rock hard erections, even watching porn.

I really don’t know if it’s related to this.

I also feel the erection difference, it’s thicker, but more rubbery for a time after. Anywhere from 1-2 days.

These work so well that I have given them up for the time being. It is not that I have made a great measurable gain, but I can feel the difference in my hand.

When I do start doing them again, I am going to do a maximum of 3-5 at 30 seconds each to start.

After looking around some more, the way I do them is basically a reverse jelq, but compressing the shaft rather than sliding over it.

I suspect that these followed by short manual clamping for 30-60 second intervals may increase the girth expansion. It will be some months before I start targeting girth, but as of now that’s my plan.

I still suspect these may be a good beginner’s girth exercise as they are much less intense than clamping, etc. But by beginner I mean someone who has enough conditioning to possibly start clamping, but wants to ease into it.

Mick, any updates on the technique? Have you continued doing them, and if so - any gains?

Mick, I have been doing that before I ever heard of Jelqing, but never consistently. I used to do it for fun. I’m going to start trying it as part of my routine. Not to intense though. It can be extremely intense.

Well Mick, I will add this to my un-organized routine. Great excersize. If you haven’t named this technique, I would like to. How about “ballers,” or “baller squeeze?”

Oh hey, I haven’t been here for a while. I was surprised to see this here.

I really haven’t been doing these at all. I think I stopped when I took a bit of a break.

The thing with me is that I tend to do what gives me the most gains immediately after a workout, which won’t necessarily give me the best long term gains. This stopped giving me really good immediate gains so I haven’t really continued them, although maybe I should start again.

Orange bends were a flacid exercise and gave me a little bit of girth. I generally do random routines, so I’ll do these and orange bends every once in a while.

Everyone can vote on a name if they want, lol.

I like how “ballers” sound :) .
