This is just something I’ve been doing for the past day or so. I thought of it particularly because orange bends worked for me (done flacid). Also, Mr. Orange’s theory was that working on girth while flacid translates into more girth when erect (the amount you expand while flacid REALLY expands when you get erect), which I think makes sense.

So what I’ve been doing is basically squeezing both ends of my cock together. You have to do this at about only 10% - 20% erect. If you’re too flacid you won’t get any expansion, and if you’re hard at all you can’t squeeze the ends of the cock together. What I mean by squeezing the ends of the cock together is clamping off at the base of the cock with one hand, wraping your other hand around your cock head (the thumbs of your hands should be facing each other) and pushing both hands towards each other. If you’re at the right erection level you’ll get a huge ball in the middle, and if you squeeze decently hard you can really feel a pressure in there.

I was working today, and took three bathroom breaks I think. At each bathroom break I did maybe one or at the most two of these, and several hours apart. When I got home today I measure and I was a bit over 1/8” in girth above normal. This is pretty amazing for me since it takes a lot of work just to achieve that right after a girth workout for me. Also, I got some red dots on my cock, which I almost never get due to any exercises, even really intense ones. So, I will warn people to be very careful with this if you try it. I would be very interested to know if anyone else gets results from this though.

I’m surprised this hasn’t gotten any replies. It seems to be working very well for me so far.

I’ll be sure to bookmark this thread - I’m in the middle of the newbie routine so I’ve got a month and 1/2 or so left to go. But having PE’d for about 3-4 months now (plus another two months back when I was 18) I feel flaccid exercises will probably work best for me. Haven’t quite felt it out yet though. But obends, and possibly this exercise are like gold for me.

I’ve had a massive flacid hang for the past few days from this. I really hope it’s not just another disappointment.

I have been doing the same thing, except at about 50% erect.

I use very little pressure, and my erection fades as I do it. It is like letting the air out of an air mattress.

I do not use a tourniquet grip, only pressure on the sides.

I have visual results, no measurement as yet. I have been doing them about a week as part of a one on one off schedule.

I want to do a follow up to my previous post.

Although I have no measurements to back it up, I can feel a lasting girth increase in my hand. (I have had my hand around it a few times).

I also wanted to mention that it is important to me to close the top grip first in order to not expand the head. The head gets the workout from the jelqing.

I also use a v grip, only compressing the sides.

I also use kind of a pulse grip for the lower grip. I press into my scrotum with two fingers to compress the two side chambers of the penis as low as I can.

April last year I stopped clamping and substitute it with pumping. Between my 2 sets of pumping I do the exercise you describe.

Near the base I use either an OK standard grip ( as you say ), or an inverse OK grip. I prefer to do this at 60-70 erect and to avoid discoloration, bruises and broken capillaries I have to use a lube.

However I think it works also at a minor erection level.

I think the method is good like clamping but far way less dangerous.

If I missed it sorry, but what is the average hold time or squeeze time?

Just gave this a try. I like it because I can isolate areas of the shaft for expansion. After a few sets my dick has a nice consistent thickness and good visible veins.

I think you’re on to something, I have been doing them and I think I get about the same pump doing 4 x 30 second holds as I do from 20 min of Jelqs and squeezes.

It definetly gives you a good expansion no doubt.
