I agree with mraverage’s comments.
Small flaccid size is a bummer psychologically and with so many getting good results from intelligent PE programs, no reason why you shouldn’t have a good shot at changing your flaccid appearance.
We are all chemically different, though, and everybody’s mileage varies. I see posts from guys who get rather speedy flaccid gain and then there are those like me who don’t get any appreciable gain for a very long time - in my case almost a year after starting PE - but then the gains occured sort of all of a sudden. This was somewhat dicouraging to me along the way (I was getting erect gain but it didn’t show much soft) however a very happy reward for a lot of concentrated work.
Just a little advice: Don’t measure your flaccid size in a compulsive way. There is just too much variation during the day and too many factors determining whether you are hanging heavy or not at any particular moment. After time, though, you will begin to notice average differences and I hope that one of these days you’ll be impressing even yourself.
