Some of my best gains came after/during forced extended rest days. I always go 5 days on and 2 days off. We have family that stay with us time to time. Some of my biggest gains came on a measurement after a 3 to 5 day break from unexpected family visit. I stealth PE btw.
Your questions on the extender, I use one 2+ hours a day. This is on top of the newbie routine. I just started some very light hanging. Five lbs 20 to 40 minutes twice a week.
Start BPEL = 5.875, EG = 4.375, FSL = 5.875
I haven’t measured in a week but currently i’m at BPEL 6.75, EG = 4.6 and FSL = 7.75. I have been doing PE since August if I remember correctly. I still point my ADS between 6 and 8 o’clock, other then jelqing I do no girth work. I am waiting to hit 7.50 BPEL before I start on my maintenance routine for length and start girth work.
Of course girth work was going to start once my BPEL hit 7, but in my opinion length has came easy so I bumped it up. Plus my wife is taking the new length very well. I can make her uncomfortable a few times but I am working on more length so I don’t feel the need to wiggle every little millimeter in.
Oh and I am not trying to make her uncomfortable, but being small to begin with some times you feel the need to cram it in there to make sure the new gain is true =) Yeah its corny but what can I say?
