Can you gain if you are only doing flacid jelqs. I am 50, don’t have privacy to watch porn etc…for stimulation, so I often do jelqs in the shower and periodically during the day. Just started trying this. If anyone has gained this way, I would like to know—and how many jelqs a day.

Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5
Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6
Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6
I find jelqing alone gives an erection, even without porn. At least enough to jelq with.

If you are jelqing without an erection you might as well just do simple stretches. For the jelq exercise to be effective you must be moving blood under pressure. If you aren’t at least 50% erect then you’re wasting your efforts.
Just jelq and stretch fairly hard.
