Hi,

I’m trying to figure out how exactly Fulcrumed Mandingo Stretch is done. So far, I haven’t been able to find much information about it. A video tutorial would be great.

Can anyone help me out?

Are you sure it is a separate exercise and not just a way to make the “mandingo stretch” just sound more fancy and technical?

When you do a mandingo stretch essentially your thumb is the fulcrum.

That’s it? This is FMD? I have some drawings depicting how it’s done but I wasn’t able to make much sense of it because they’re are not very clear.
