Hello. I was wondering how your gains have been after you hit the 1, 2 and 3 year marks? Did you keep staying consistent and did you keep gaining? I’ve noticed that after a year my gains are extremely small…but are able to be seen over the course of many months.

Curious if anyone is still gaining after 3 years and what rules they have put on themselves to keep gaining and maintaining a healthy penis.

I have been Jelqing and kegeling for 20 months. For the first year I was gaining 0.25” every month but in the last 6 months I haven’t seen any gains. I have also taken a month’s break to see it it helped. I have also increased the jelqing from 30 minutes to 45. I started off with 5’ ‘BEL and now it is 7.75”x5”. My target is 8.5”.

You gained .25 per month for 14 months, so you’ve gained 3.5” then???

It took three month before I noticed any gains in length after that on average it was 0.25” a month and it slowed down again after a year. Hopefully, Magnum this answers your query.

Most of the time went trying what is working for me.

As long as you can continue to deform tissue, you can continue to gain forever. Unfortunately, it gets really difficult to gain as weight/stress has to increase.

Me too, I’ve cut my routine to a couple times a week now and seem to gain a quarter inch in length per year. Girth is slower than that.

Yeah, I find it funny how when I first started I could workout almost everyday. Now, I do maybe just 2-3x a week. But I do a couple 5-10 second holds each day. If I do any more it’s instant turtle city for a couple days.

The PE regimen has sorta copied my workout regimen. As a kid I worked out everyday, now I only hit the gym 2-3x a week and I stay in great shape. Seems I get the same results with PE after my first year too.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Gained pretty easily and consistently since I started back in April ‘06 but gains have slowed almost to a stop. I have been kinda off and on over the last few months trying out new things to force some more growith.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

I have started to stretch more over the past year and have seen some great gains. The routine that works for me is when I clamp, I will clamp for 3 months predominately with little stretching. When I stretch I will stretch for several months with little to no clamping. This has worked well for me to never stop gaining. I am now in Iraq for 8 months and plan to stretch for my first 3, clamp for 3, stretch for 2. Stay commited and never forget that the gym is the best way to ward off a smaller dick, plenty of cardio supports great blood flow and vascularity.

Great reply Killit, and thanks for all you’re doing for our country.

I think your routine is solid cause you’re in some way giving yourself a decon by not clamping and starting stretching. You lay off one exercise and do another. Once that exercise gets tired you go to another one. I’ve found good results with this too. I sometimes don’t jelq for weeks and instead do holds…then reverse the procedure. How long do you stretch for?
