Please tell me how you did it. Seriously. Like what is your individual jelqing “technique”. What little “thing” do you do that you think lets some length gains show up. I’m all ears.

I gained a 1/4” in bpl and around 1/2”eg from jelqing and a couple of squeezes thrown in once in awhile. It took around a year. I would warm up, and jelq every other day for 15-20 minutes every other day or so. When I thought I was conditioned enough to increase pressure, I would hold that O grip very tight and slide upwards but not too close to the glans because I could feel the pressure sometimes turning into pain.

During this same year I also took a 1-2 month break and I had lost around half of my eg so I’m just recently back up to my previously non-cemented gain. If I took a break again, I sure wouldn’t let it go past 4 weeks.

Nope.

Personally I think jelqing is more related to girth gains, though I’m sure some length can come from it sometimes. Or maybe it just depends on the person, I know for me I attribute them to aiding in my girth gains, but for me they are more of a warmup for my “main squeeze”(pun intended) manual clamping.

I think stretching and hanging are your primary tools if you want length. You could also look into the golf weights idea for a lengthening ADS.

I have been PEing for about a year and a half now, and I have gone from 6.75” (maybe 6.5”, I don’t remember) to 8.75” BPEL. For the first 6-7 months of PE, all I did was jelqing. For real, that’s all I did period. It got me some pretty good gains.

Specifically, I used wet jelqing, and I’d do a ton of them at low erection states, with varying speeds of strokes. The main thing is the pressure of your hand…you want to make sure that you’re using enough pressure in your strokes, meaning, you want to apply enough pressure to feel a good stretch of the tissues with each jelq stroke. The last thing you want to do is to just be limp-wristed about it and just kinda tug on it…no, you gotta really pull on that thing if you want it to lengthen out!

However, you don’t want to overdo it either. Remember, low erection states, varying speeds of strokes, and fairly tight pressure on each jelq stroke, but not TOO much. This is what’s worked for me and I’ve put on 2” (or maybe 2 1/4”) in 1 1/2 years…it should work if you’re doing it right.

Sometimes people are born with their maximum biologically-available lengths though, so you might want to take that into consideration if you jelq and jelq and jelq for months and months and don’t see at least a 1/4” or something.

Also, check into dry jelqing. I’ve never used it, but supposedly when wet jelqing doesn’t work, dry jelqing will, especially for length.

The “final frontier” of hardcore length-gainers is hanging. If you really want to get length bad enough, usually hanging will do it for you. I haven’t hung yet (at nearly 9” BPEL I don’t really need to) but from hearing other success stories about it, if you really want some serious length gains, get into hanging.

BTW, if I remember correctly, you’re something like 8x6 already right? You know you don’t really need to gain much more length right? I’d go for more girth if I were you…get much longer than that and you might have problems going balls deep.

I gained really well with nothing but jelqing during my first bout of PE back in 1997. True, I tried hanging (which lasted about 4 days…) and pumping (managed 2 weeks of that) but didn’t make it a real part of my routine. In the end I jelqed a lot, practically every day I could. Since there were natural interuptions (lack of privacy and such) I guess I jelqed about 4-6 days a week. After 7 months of that I had gained almost 1.3” in length (don’t know about girth, didn’t care one iota about that back then… stupid as I was). Now, I don’t recommend doing what I did because, frankly, I was stupid with my jelqing. I misunderstood a part of the instruction I found and jelqed at about 85-100% erection ALL the time; not a single stroke at moderate or low erection levels. I didn’t really count reps but did about 20-30 min and if you take into account regaining your erection every 20-30 strokes or so I guess I did around 175-250 jelqs per day. Again, not something I recommend because jelqing at erection levels like that is too dangerous once you consider the risk-to-benefit ratio.

I have no specific jelqing techniques other than hold back the skin at the base with my non-jelqing hand on each stroke. I’m uncircumsized and don’t really want my foreskin to “outgrow” my erection gains and that was the way I managed to get around it. (Worked well, I’m currently almost 2” longer than when I started and my foreskin look about the same.) Other than that I just jelqed like anyone else: slow, deliberate reps with reasonable pressure, sometimes a slight pause below the head.

AB, wasn’t trying to be non helpful or a jackass. It’s just the truth, I attribute my length gains to stretching. This is because the only length gains I made was when I was away at school and the only exercises I could do was girth exercises and stretches. There was no wet jelq or length orientated jelq/exercise done in my routine. Just good stretching(correct). Earlier, I had stretched completely wrong. See I am uncircumcised and was just basically stretching my skin and not the actual penis muscles itself. Too target that, I gripped right below the head and would squat and stretch downward. I would feel a good pressure. I would do these, coupled with A and V stretches.
