Fowfer/Lazy Ass Stretch.
Hey guys, I need your opinions on this one. Recently, instead of stretching with my hands, I have been trying more “bodyweight” stretches.
What I do is this. With a 10-20% erection (just enough stiffness so that I don’t crush my penis), I pull my penis straight down and back. I then hold it in this position and then sit down on top of it. I immediately feel pressure in the pubic area. Then, to intensify the feeling, I lean back and thrust my pelvis forward. Let me tell you, I feel one hell of a burning feeling in the pubic area while doing this. Also, if I feel the area right above my penis while holding the stretch, I notice that it feels very tight.
After I finish my workout (which consists of 20 sets of 3 minute stretches) I feel a lot of soreness right above my penis. I’m hoping that this is because the ligaments are being worked. However, I have some fears that it’s just the skin being pulled.
Can somebody please give this stretch a try and tell me what they think?
