New tunica/lig stretch: the Power Stretch!

For the past few weeks I have been experimenting different stretches to target the ligs primarily but also the tunica. The main problem I find is not being able to put enough strength into the stretch because of muscle fatigue etc. (it gets quite tiring on the deltoids sometimes). The Power Stretch is the result of my experimentation, which allows almost anyone to achieve greater manual stretch pressure than ever before, but I must warn you to be careful and not stretch *too* hard. I have been a little weary of using full strength, because I believe this stretch could take things to the very limit of manual stretching.

First off, you’ll need some strong grip because in all likelihood this will be a tougher stretch than your normal manual stretches. Personally I like to use gym shorts, but there are other things such as leather gloves as RB recently discovered, or baby powder as DLD likes to use.

It is easiest to perform while sitting with room for movement. It isn’t particularly easy to perform while sitting on a chair. A bed or the floor is more appropriate.

Personally I stretch the best with my right hand so this description follows that trend, although left hand stretching is the same, just the other way round.

1) Sit on a bed or floor (or chair if you can manage), and bend your right knee so the heel of the foot is fairly close to your penis, and you could quite happily rest your chin on your knee.

2) Using your right arm, reach around the right side of your right leg and grab your penis. Your forearm should be touching your shin.

3) Now here is where the great pressure comes in - act as if you were opening your leg again. Your shin will push your arm forward, giving you a fantastic stretch. The legs are much stronger than the shoulders and arms, and can put a much larger amount of pressure on the tunica/ligs. When stretching straight forward (the easiest direction for the Power Stretch), I can feel an amazingly satisfying pain (the good kind - nothing unbearable, the kind that lets you know its working) - especially when reverse kegelling.

So give it a try, guys. I have never felt a better stretch! Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.

Very interesting technique and nice picture, made it yourself awwwshucks? I must find my golf gloves and try it out. I have used the leg in a similar stretch before, you know the “lazy ass stretch”, as dld called it. Bye for now! I´ll turn off my computer and try it right now :)

I didn’t expect this to cause a DLD/Bib style “splash”, but I really think you all should give this a try if you’re stuck on a length plateau right now. I have penis soreness for the first time in months. I have never been able to get such a strong stretch as I can with this, and its so easy to do.

Wt282, sometimes I get a little soreness after a stretch routine but it’s not internal soreness, it comes from the gym shorts being held so tightly on the glans. Kind of annoying but nothing to complain about.

Stillwantmore, I imagine adding a hanger could add some extra pressure, but to be honest I wouldn’t recommend pushing your limits with this stretch. If we were to push with the full force of our legs we might do some irreversable damage. So while the hanger might add more tension, I think you can get all the tension your penis can safely handle without adding weights.

I tried it! It pulled my penis in an angled direction. Diagonally in which direction of the leg I was using.

For example: I used my left leg for the leverage and power and my dick stretched over to its left. I am inconclusive on doing say 50 of these however because I have yet to try a full set of them.

I tried this and found I couldn’t reach my dick. Some aspect of my anatomy is incompatible. Maybe I’m not flexible enough, maybe my bent leg is too big an impediment, maybe my arm is too short or maybe my flaccid stretched dick is too short — I’m around 7.5”.

You’re reaching all the way around the front of your shin and grabbing your dick, right? Like you show in the illustration? I’ve always been able to reach under my leg and grab my dick — that’s the core of my stretch routine — but I couldn’t do your stretch. Wish I could. Looks cool.

I do another stretch laying down which uses the leg to create pressure. You are right-you can develop a lot more pressure with less fatigue with your leg. Good Job!

Ike, yes, you are supposed to reach around the front of your shin to grab your dick.

At first I had problems reaching my dick, too, although you are about an inch bigger than me if that is a NBP measurement. The easiest way I found to rectify this is to squat somewhat (when I did it, it looked like like a statuesque pose!) and grab your dick, and then sit back onto a normal sitting position. If you can do this, since you have trouble reaching your dick when seated, then even without additional pressure from your leg the stretch should be fantastic.

I can quite happily grab my dick from around the shin now, so I must have gained some FSL, although my next measurement isn’t for a couple of weeks.
