New tunica/lig stretch: the Power Stretch!
For the past few weeks I have been experimenting different stretches to target the ligs primarily but also the tunica. The main problem I find is not being able to put enough strength into the stretch because of muscle fatigue etc. (it gets quite tiring on the deltoids sometimes). The Power Stretch is the result of my experimentation, which allows almost anyone to achieve greater manual stretch pressure than ever before, but I must warn you to be careful and not stretch *too* hard. I have been a little weary of using full strength, because I believe this stretch could take things to the very limit of manual stretching.
First off, you’ll need some strong grip because in all likelihood this will be a tougher stretch than your normal manual stretches. Personally I like to use gym shorts, but there are other things such as leather gloves as RB recently discovered, or baby powder as DLD likes to use.
It is easiest to perform while sitting with room for movement. It isn’t particularly easy to perform while sitting on a chair. A bed or the floor is more appropriate.
Personally I stretch the best with my right hand so this description follows that trend, although left hand stretching is the same, just the other way round.
1) Sit on a bed or floor (or chair if you can manage), and bend your right knee so the heel of the foot is fairly close to your penis, and you could quite happily rest your chin on your knee.
2) Using your right arm, reach around the right side of your right leg and grab your penis. Your forearm should be touching your shin.
3) Now here is where the great pressure comes in - act as if you were opening your leg again. Your shin will push your arm forward, giving you a fantastic stretch. The legs are much stronger than the shoulders and arms, and can put a much larger amount of pressure on the tunica/ligs. When stretching straight forward (the easiest direction for the Power Stretch), I can feel an amazingly satisfying pain (the good kind - nothing unbearable, the kind that lets you know its working) - especially when reverse kegelling.
