Fowfer

When you do fowfers for a while do you ever get red or purple looking spots on your head? I was about to start doing pe, but I noticed this. It kind of looks bad. I’m alittle worried.

I have only gotten red spots from jelquing and they go away in a day or two. I have never gotten them for doing fowfers.

Which head? :)

Yes, I’ve got a couple of purple spots on the penis head from doing dry jelq, stretch, and fowfer. Start with bed fowfer, then go to the advanced exercises.

It’s normal and should disappear in a few days, but you are jelqing too?? Because normally jelqing gives you that.
