They work.

Fowfers are wonderful.

Bed fowfers let an old guy get up with elongated and plump dick that demands some clamping while cultivating male multiple orgasms.

Chair fowfers are also great and even give me a greater stretch than bed fowfers. It is so nice to get up from the chair and see a longer plumper dick that demands playing with.

I think fowfers along with bundled stretches along with clamping and stretching are great to increase penis size quickly in both length and girth.

The key, as Houstonwoods tells us over and over, is consistency to make those gains permanent.

I have found better EQ by mixing up several time proven P E exercises as I have mentioned above. All this makes me feel so much more with it as a man as orgasmic pleasure, better erectile health, and a bigger dick is what we men are all about.

Yeah, they’re good for maintenance, if anything. The caveat is that you need to already be long enough (flaccid) to have enough to work with.

This thread reminds me to restart bed fowfers.

I really like them but haven’t done them consistently since my first mini decon.

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I started BTC stretching while driving to and from work, back in the spring. On average, a little under an hour a day. And, for the last month or so, doing them while at work, for a total of 2-2.5 hours a day.

In 6 months or so, I’ve gained .375” in BPEL! I’m now up to 7.5” BPEL! Now, I’ve also been doing manuals pretty consistently, and pumping 20-40 minutes most days. But, in my opinion it’s the BTC/Fowfers that has been the main cause of my length gain. In PE time, fairly quickly.

Now if I could only find the same solution for girth! I’ve been stuck at 5” for almost a year.

Side note-The last time we had sex, my girlfriend said it hurt in certain positions. First time in almost 7 years. A great feeling in some ways! (It’s working) But I don’t want it to hurt her, or I’ll get it even less than I do now.

Oh, somehow I forgot to mention during this same time frame, I have gained a significant amount of base girth. Which I am very happy with! Prior to PE my base was about 4.5”, .125” smaller than mid shaft. Baseball bat type. Now my base is 5.25”, 5.375” on a good day. More of a tree trunk style. Again, not sure if it’s the manuals, pumping or as much BTC stretching as I’ve been doing, but If I had to guess, it’s the BTC stretching that is pulling out the inner penis.

So I’m much happier with my base girth now, but still stuck at 5”mid shaft. If anyone has any ideas, I’d appreciate it.

Just A Thanks

I been doing active Btcs in my bed (that’s what I like to call it) XD, I just grab my dick, lay sideways and relax in the stretch, and then pull a little more . I try to do sets of 10+min each, more than one hour total, already got some gains. I just wanna say thanks for the post.
