Fowfers made me say goodbye to morning wood.
After much thought and revising, I really do believe fowfers killed my morning wood and hurt my first PE experience.
I’ve read extensively on PE before I started, and I got great results. Scary strong erections in the morning to increase pumpness. However, 3 weeks into basic PE (warm up, stretching, jelq) I learned how to do fowfers. So I started to do them once or twice a day for 10-15 minutes in all. After about 3 days, I got weak erections, and lose of morning wood. Also, let me remind you I’m only 18, so getting a hard on can easily be done by thinking about a girl. I couldn’t even get a hard on while watching PORN! (Without touching myself that is) I know I didn’t overtrain because my routine was even LIGHTER then the newbie.

2 days on 1 day off.
