Tell me what was you’re best work-out for length, and how much time did it take to see some gains?

I’m still on the newbie routine and it works like a charm. Manual stretching is working out great for me so far.

Stretching, although jelqing contributed. 1inch gain in about 3-4 months.

I started hanging after 10 years of pumping with marginal and temporary length gains: it was a giant leap to make, but it got me the gains in EL I was looking for.

If I could only ever practice one form of PE for length it would be hanging (but I don’t have a wide experience of other techniques)

I think hanging helped some. But you asked what gave the most gains?

For me it was pumping and manual stretching. These were newbie gains and I haven’t gained as much at any time as I did in the very beginning. But I do seem to be keeping them and progressing slowly.

Jelqing supposedly helps some too, but I simply cannot jelq. It’s an erection killer for me. Dry jelqs and kegels can help catch one I’m losing between clamping sets and save it, but the jelqs are just to assist the kegels with moving and keeping blood in and I only do a few.

Manual stretching combined with pumping. It’s less about the amount of time one PE’s, and more about regular quality excercises. Slow positive progress is best, it took me about 1.5 years to gain one inch in length. Only going for more girth from now on.

Stretching, both regular and advanced. Adding jelqing would be a good idea too, it will speed things up.

Jelqing! As far as I know I never gained any EL without jelqing.

Stretch only flaccid. Stretching with a (partially) erection will increase injury risks.

If you’re after permanent, 2+ inches more in gains, hanging is the only way to go. I’ve been hanging on/off since 1997, now at 20-25lbs., 20-30 minutes per session, 4-6 times a week( newbies I believe should start between 7-12 lbs., 20 minutes a session, no more than 7 times per week.) You have to attack those ligs with poundage, also with common sense and intelligence. Slow and steady wins the PE race.
