I think the idea of clamping once length gains have halted is simply to just try and start gaining girth. Whilst doing that you can still PE and gain just in a different dimension. After a few months of clamping certain tissues of the penis will of returned back to their previous state (Hopefully). Although clamping will of probably toughened up the tunica, if you still have ligament potential it may be easier to gain with hanging once more.
My plan was to start girth work seriously (Clamping) once I’m 100% sure I can’t gain any more length for the moment.
Also what do you guys think about purely stretching skin during a decon break, I don’t think this would do any harm in allowing the ‘growable’ penis tissues to return back to a more malleable state. I personally need more shaft skin and want to combat turkey neck but after my normal PE routine don’t have time or energy really.
