Hello gents, good topic. One of my first posts here..
Just curious, how much pressure are you pulling while stretching? I understand to start with newbie routine and light pressure at first but hearing about a “lig popping” and really needing to keep the ligs in a fatigued state has raised my eyebrow.
1. How much pressure is enough?
2. Can you elaborate on the ligs? The fatigue and the popping? Is daily stretching required to keep them in a fatigued state? Maybe have 1-2 days off a week for recovery?
