Getting The Priapus Shot Tomorrow. Here Goes Nothing!

I am only using an ADS after gaining almost 2” shown in my progress thread W/ Pictures. I gained almost all my length by combining hanging and ADS wear but never want to hang again so I am just using the ADS at high tension, around 5 lbs. I do not feel like I am gaining with just ADS alone and I think it is because I have already gained so much so I am getting the P-Shot in almost exactly 24 hours.

That didn’t feel good

It is not pain free to say the least…the numbing agent they use only deals with the surface, and the needle goes deep. Just gotta suck it up, now that you know! Wakes one up better than coffee though.
I am interested in what you may notice. I know my experiences show immediate and shorter term girth for certain, due to added volume. Try to get the two a-day pumps in for the first week at least. The ADS, post pump (what I do) can’t hurt. I used pumping with heat then an immediate placement into the ADS to take advantage of the heated tissues. You may notice better erections quickly, as well as an overall better skin feel.

I have had the PRP shots with the numbing cream and with the last time with Lidocaine. I did feel pain, especially with the shot near the tip, but no pain at all with Lidocaine.

For sure, I elected for just using the topical cream. Missed the glans…… Won’t do that next time lol

Flacid is MUCH bigger. I did a 10 min pump yesterday and through my ADS on after. Put my ADS on first thing this morning as usual and going to pump in a few hours and then ADS again.

Ehh, I am ok with pain. If I need surgery I always elect to do it awake with local numbing agents anyways. Just never had a needle in my dick before haha.

I have a very high pain threshold so I can handle injections even into my penis but since Lidocaine was offered I went for it. Couldn’t even feel the head shot. I’m staying with the Lidocaine.

So I have pumped a fair bit in the past but I have never gotten this THICCCCC. Holy God sweet baby Jesus. Gained .5” in girth after this pump which I have not done before. Maybe I get a permanent girth gain! We shall see.

Are you running into any issues with skin stretch in length or girth? If your penile skin gets reallly tight when pumping, there are some skin care products aimed at pregnant women which are supposed to make skin stretchier and less prone to stretch marks.

In general yes but in relation to the injections, no. My ball sack is almost mid shaft which is weird but that is due to gaining 2” in length so far. I am working on stretching the skin so my sack hangs more normally. What products are you referencing? I could def use that to help with orienting my sack to a more normal position.

You should expect swelling and fluid build up after the shots. Likely that’s what this is.
