Girth Gains

I have been PE’ing for almost a year now. Seen little gains. Little length, no girth.

Question to the girth gainers like Xl: how often do you do a girth routine per week (5on2off, 1on1off, etc.) and how long per session?

I need girth like Russell Crowe needs anger managment.

I do mine 6on1off as routine. Now there are days (like today) where my unit just doesn’t feel up to it and I take the day off. I usually do 2-3 sessions a day of about 15 minutes. Warm up stretches for 5 minutes then jelq for about 200 strokes. The last session of my day (in the evening right before bed) I do squeezes and bends and MWF I add clamping. My evening session will last 30 minutes on non clamp days and and hour on clamp days. I have gained about 1/2 inch in girth.

I would alternate days when hitting girth hard. I do hard girth days on M, W, & F. Tuesday and Thursday were light PE days, and the weekend consisted only of stretching.

I have been making some excellent progress in a routine combining Edging/Ballooning/X-Ulis. I am totally convinced that this is the quickest, cheapest and most efficient path to erect and flaccid girth. It also promotes very nice flaccid length. The object is to find a girth workout that is good for you, and do it well. I get so many guys PMing asking me my secret. I tell them all the same thing. What worked for me, might not necessarily work for you, at least to that extent. I was patient and precise in my workout, never doing more than I can handle, but understanding the fact that I must push myself to the full extent my penis could withstand (and still be healthy). Don’t overtrain, especially with girth. Girth exercises tend to be the more dangerous ones, and the consequences are more severe. Once you find your “sweet spot” in your routine, keep at it.

I’m not a huge girth gainer yet, although I do expect to hit 6 soon.

I’ve been making great gains using erect jelqing and I don’t really take days off anymore. I jelq twice a day about 15-20 minutes each time, using porn at night to help me keep wood longer.

I like the philosophy that RTG stated earlier, take a day off if you feel like you need it. I haven’t felt like I needed it lately, so I haven’t taken any days off. I’m not saying you should do the same thing I do, but at the same time, you shouldn’t be taking every other day off if you’re not pushing yourself hard enough to justify it.

The difference between what soon10x7 is asking and what you’re stating is that he is wanting to know about doing a hard girth routine, and RTG isn’t doing that right now.

RTG’s workout consists of stretching before and after the ~46,000 jelqs he does throughout the day. :) (Just kidding for all you newbies who might read this. He only does 1,000) Although he does work his girth, he is not concentrating on it right now. With a workout of this calibur, he doesn’t need to take that many days off. When you hit the girth hard, even if you think you can work it every day, you still need to give it rest to heal properly.

This analogy might help you. If you are toning your body, you can work out everday of the week. But if you are going for mass, you need 72 hours before working that body part out again. Same applies to your penis.

Yeah, XLM, really hit it on the head. PE exercises are really about the individual. It takes a good knowledge of what your unit can withstand and what is most effective. You have to really run through trial and error. Start light. If what you are doing doesn’t seem to be affecting you, add a little. Keep adding until you find you “sweet spot” (good term, xl :leftie: ), then stop. Jelqs are the best place to start for girth. I’ve been saying it a lot lately, but they are the foundation of a good girth routine. Start there and build from that. Try every other day first. If you feel you can do more, then do 2 on and 1 off etc etc etc.

This is very true. I don’t hit girth hard everyday. MWF are my hard hitting girth days. On my other days I do stretching and light jelqs (Although I still do about 800 of them).

Jelqs are important in any routine. I feel sorry for the guys who take them out because they feel they are ineffective. Even if the jelqs themselves don’t get you that huge girth or length you’re looking for, they complement the other exercises you’ll be doing to achieve your goals. Jelqing helps get oxygenated blood to the places in the penis that need rebuilding.

I was conteplating the same thing. Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun hard girth days. Mon-Sun stretching (twice) everyday. Tue, Thu, Sat add jelqing with one (3. or both?) of the stretching sessions.

Now the questions:
1. How long should the hard girth days last? What is too little or too much? (mine last ~50 min with warm up/down)
2. On the non-girth days (T, Th, Sat), does jeqling hinder the rest the penis should take from the girth work the day before?
3. See above.

P.S. RTG that’s alot of jeqling. Im guessing you don’t have a girlfriend.

I wasn’t recommending RTG’s routine, only agreeing with the philosophy of take a day off if you feel like you need it.

I disagree, I don’t think there is a set rule of how long your penis needs before recovering, and that is my only point. Do what your penis tells you. I would take a day off but I don’t feel like I need it very often, and I am making solid gains. Take a day off if you feel like you need it, otherwise maybe you should just keep pounding away. If you do exercises every day and aren’t making gains, then sure that’s another sign to work some days off into your routine.

But if your dick feels ok and you are making gains, I don’t see the necessity. I should add that a solid warm-up and warm-down a big key though if you are planning on working your dick every day.

1. How long the girth days last is up to you. We don’t know how much your penis is able to take safely. It is something you and you alone have to figure out.

2. On non-girth days, when you jelq, make sure you aren’t erect jelqing, because that might hinder gains. You aren’t letting it really rest if you erect jelq.

There isn’t a “set” time, but there is a minimum time that it takes the body to rebuild damaged cells.

No, the wife would kill me if I did. :D

I do my jelqs in four sessions. 200 a session (on my heavier girth days my last session may be 300-350). It’s easy to rack up 800 like that. On non-girth days, my jelqs are very light and low erection jelqs. On heavy girth days my jelqs are more intense and at higher erection levels. Plus I add clamping bends and squeezes right before bed.

So here’s my routine, if it helps.

Sun, Tues, Thurs, Sat - 4 sessions

Stretch 5-8 minutes
200 slow jelqs at low erection level and low intensity
Stretch for several more minutes

Mon, Wed, Fri - 4 sessions

Stretch 5-8 minutes
200 slow jelqs at higher intensity and higher erection level
Stretch for several more minutes
(during last session only)
2-3 sets (depending on my units condition whether it’s 2 or 3) of 10 minute clamping
In between clamping sets I usually do Horses, Ulis, and some O-bends
100-150 more jelqs (again depending on the condition of my unit)

This is really just my starting guide. The condition of my unit dictates exactly the amount of time I spend doing each exercise. If I feel really good I do more, if I’m feeling tired I do less. Girth is all about doing just enough (your “sweet spot”)
