Girth Growth but no Length Gain?

I have been doing manual jelqing for about 3 months now and find that I have gained in girth or thickness, but I have not seen any gain in length. My workout includes hot clothes for 2 minutes, stretching for 10 minutes, and jelqing for 15 minutes (sometimes include squeezes), and then hot clothes for 2 minutes. Any suggestions on why I am not seeing length gains?

How erect have you been jelqing? It seems commonly accepted that jelqing between 50-70% erect favors length as you are able to get more pull on the ligs.

Also, have you measured the difference in your EBPL and BPFS? Are they very close, within a 1/2” or less? If so, you may want to put greater emphasis on stretching.

Jelqing is one of the most important parts of a routine in my opinion. For some it gives good length and girth results for some it only gives girth but everyone benefits from the improved circulation. I think a manual stretching routine may be helpful in making the length gains. There are many stretching routines out there, I have found the best for me is DLD Blasters & JAI Stretches.
