I have great EQ — when I have an erection. It’s getting hard that’s hard. There seems to be this activation energy I need to overcome before I get rolling, but when I do, it flows downhill fast. Maybe some herbs will help boost me. If nothing else, there could be a mental boost, and it’s all mental anyway.

I had some viagra in the past. I walked around all day popping boners. It was amazing. My wife still wouldn’t have sex with me, so I had to indulge myself with it, which is sort of pathetic but that’s marriage.

But anyway, I’ll give it a poke and a push. Good stuff. I’ll take some and head to this strip club down the road and rub it on some strippers if my wife doesn’t want to see it.

So the article says two keys to determining tuni or smoothie limited:

Erections approaching 10 on a scale of 0-10, with FSL less than 0.5” longer than EL, are indications of tuni-limited. Erections less than rock hard, and especially less than 5, along with FSL being much larger than EL (more than 0.5”) suggest smooth muscle is the limit.

My erections are 10, hands-down, straight-up, pressed against my belly and hard enough to be painful sometimes. My FSL is a very tight 7.25, EL is right at 7. But really, they are pretty close to being the same, I have to pull pretty hard for that 7.25”…

So by their reasoning, I am tuni-limited. That suggests I should lay off the clamping and high-erect jelqs, and go with soft-erect jelqs, bends, twisting and ballooning.

Smooth muscle would be high erection exercises, like clamp, ULI, 80% jelqs and such — which have been the base of my routine.

I’ve been working my girth routines harder and harder, almost all of it high erection, +80%, up to clamping. I had done some low-erect ballooning, bending, twisting and jelqing a while back, but never thought much of it. Now that I think about it, they felt pretty good, but I thought, Harder = better.

Meh.

Then I read the article yesterday and was pretty convinced I need to do more low-EQ routines.

So today and last night I modified my routine to a softer note. Namely, if it resists me, relax until it is just plump and can be bent, then balloon, jelq, bend, twist or whatever, just get that outside plumped up. I’ll keep it up for a while and only do hard routines once a week or so.

Because clamping feels damn good, especially the big finish…

Anyway, I really liked that article. It may help me see those miracle gains these other guys are talking about.

Do bundled stretches before every girth workout.5 - 10 min to pre stretch the tunica, and after that do the girth work.They will make the difference.Also use heat.

I’ve been doing fulcrum stretches in hot bath before girth work. This sounds interesting, I will try this in 7 days or so when my decon break is up!

Did a few bundles yesterday and today. I’ve tried them before, but did not take them very seriously. I did them again with some attitude yesterday and again today, and feel a nice stretch. I’m starting to become a fan of them, especially since I don’t need to be engorged or aroused to do them.

Just twist and pull! Perfect! Hell, I’m doing it now under the table here at the bar drinking a beer and typing with one hand… Might as well bulk up, eh.

720, two full twists. Still working on technique though. It will take some time, but it did seem to work great as a warmup or a quick workout. I can see how it might help target the base, too.

I have used heat on and off. I used to work out in bed beneath a heating pad, wrapped, mixed feelings about it. But now it is summer. 102 yesterday. Fuck heat until winter!

Taking off a few days from PE, now. Feeling fatigued and I have a date with the wife Sunday.

Twist 720 and then stretch and hold.I am like you.6 months no girth gains and same clues.Hard 10 EQ and less than 0.5 diff between bpfsl & bpel.Tunica seems to be my limiting factor.Then started to bundled 720, DLD double end tunica stretch, 360 bundle A/V. Etc..And after that intense slow jelqing.Whop, gained 0.1 in less than a month.I also rest 2-3 days after girth workout, but everyone is different.And I predict more gains in the future ;) I hope we both gain

Sounds like realistically great gains. The rest after each girth session is in line with IPR, interesting to note.
