Give your thoughts on my future PE plan please

I’m going thru several designs of an ADS, which I plan to wear for as much of the 24 hours in a day that is possible.

I believe with stretching, it needs to be constant pressure, to produce consistant gains.

I WILL do this, unless everyone here tells me it’s a majorly BAD idea, but I was just looking for some input from you guys, to see what your thoughts are, and if you had any tips or anything.

I won’t be wearing the ADS overnight, until I am comfortable with it.

Never really got into the ADS thing, but I would think you’d need to take it and shake it out every few hours or so. I don’t like the idea of leaving something attached for that long without a break. Maybe some others who use these devices can chime in..

I should’ve made it clearer, I will be taking breaks, thats what I meant by “as long as possible”, otherwise there won’t be any new blood flow, which is never a good thing!

As many here can attest, ADS is a valued complement to hanging. It may also complement stretching, I don’t know. But please, consider giving your willy “nights off”. Most here, including myself, would counsel against wearing an ADS system while sleeping. The risk of potentially irreversible damage due to lost circulation is too great IMO and probably even more importantly, your willy needs rest periods to grow.
