Hey all…

I’ve been mostly inactive on the forums for a while, mostly because I’ve been busy. I’ve now spent about 2 years PE’ing, though it’s been semi-consistent at best. This last 6 months though was what I considered my time to make it or break it.

It included dry and wet jelqs, some hanging, and a good amount of clamping. I went 4 days a week consistently with this routine, and for a while I think I started to see some gains, though they were small. I took about 2 1/2 weeks off, and now I feel like I’ve lost what little gains I had and even lost some size.

I’ve really only wanted girth…at 4.5” EG midshaft, I am below average and reminded of this every day I log onto TP. My length is fine, about 7” BPEL, but even that I would’ve liked to see some improvements in.

I know I haven’t been entirely consistent, but it’s really disheartening to have been consistent for months on end and never to have seen even a 1/4” gain in either length or girth. I’ve varied my routine and I’ve gone back to the newbie routine multiple times to no avail.

So now I’m starting up a more intense routine, assuming that by now I’ve got to be conditioned. Clamping and jelqing will usually take place on the same day, and I’m going to hang whenever I have prolonged periods of free time. Anyone else just simply NOT gained like me? After years it’s very frustrating!

My dick was not able to handle the stresses of hanging, Jelquing, and clamping all within the same program. Juts too much. Be careful. Over-training kills gains.

You shouldn’t be clamping and hanging and all that advanced stuff if you haven’t even gained yet using standard exercises. I don’t think your unit is conditioned if you haven’t seen any gains in all that time.

I say up with consistency and down with the intensity. Just jelq for a couple of months, starting with 5 or 10 minutes and work your way up slowly. Use your intelligence and listen to your body. And again, forget about the radical stuff for now.

I guess…I’ll try going back on the newbie routine for a month or so. The whole thing has just been very frustrating.

I have gained when I started as a newbie. Then I moved on to the advance stuff and stopped gaining at all. It just did not work for me. I decided to go back to the basics. But have not measured yet. I will let you know if I have any gains. Maybe it will encourage you as well.

And who say that?? Concrete, if jelq it’s not making you gain, then you have to switch, and start to hang or clamp, and it’s really frustrating stick one whole month and don’t see nothing, I don’t know how I can help you my brother, but reading here it’s a good medicine, a good motivation boost.

Well it was me who said that. I will remember to add ‘in my opinion’ in the future. But to elaborate, he has tried everything already and still hasn’t gained, which brings me to believe that’s it’s not because of the exercise that he isn’t gaining, but because there must be something wrong in his approach to PE-ing.

Take a look at post #3 Static Stretcher success stories here by PurpleHammer. I think this may have some merit. Please note my personal opinion though…if you are going to use an ADS, I would recommend a product from monkeybar, NOT jerryk!

Try an extender.

I’d say gradually push the intensity and keep a careful watch on your PI.

I think above all I’ve really had a bad grasp on my body’s limits and actually played it too safe most of the time. I’ve really done a little amount of stretching compared to everything else. I have a static stretcher that I may start using in addition to hanging, we’ll see.

I was focusing on only girth for a while but part of me thinks for some reason my girth gains might actually start after getting length gains (at the least some base girth from hanging).

I’m forcing myself to keep a log from now on as well.

Edit:

I guess my one dilemma arises between static-stretching and hanging. After I condition myself to the static-stretching I may do it overnight which would solve the dilemma. I have limited private free time during the day so it’s a matter of making the most effective use of that time for length, what’s better of the two is a good question. Then again the static-stretcher is stealthy and I could *maybe* pull off wearing it to class.

I would advice you not wearing nothing on your penis when you sleep.

Static stretcher is a waste of a time (my PERSONAL opinion) and is based on really fragiles theoretic basis.
Try a Vac-extender, or an Auto-extender.
