Girth has always been easy for me, just like length is for you. Its curious how we each react uniquely to PE. Length has always been a bitch for me.
In terms of girth, I never even did any “extreme” stuff, because I was always focused on length. Even though I’m not familiar with your routines, I’ll offer you a few girth tips in exchange for some length tips. Deal?
1) Dry jelqs - slow & strong (always keep your erection levels at least 3/4 for the girth effect). Done every other day (always rest a day in between).
2) Holds - form a tight OK around base, after kegeling forcefully, then CLAMP. Hold that for a while. A variation, of course, would be the cable clamps - which allow for hands-free PE, as well as longer clamp times.
3) Not sure of the name of this exercise (like most, it has several), but I did this briefly and my girth started to get scarey (was an uncemented 6.34” midshaft and nearly 7” base last Summer - and that’s pre-workout stats)…. anyway….they’re done dry….with about 85-90% erection level, do the kegel/OK clamp around base, making sure the grip is very tight…..then, form a similar OK clamp a little below the head and do a gentle but firm rolling motion in between your hands - this really forces lateral expansion of the tool.
4) Don’t neglect hot wraps
5) Modified Uli….this is something I experimented with only briefly, but I intend to hit these once I’m at my length goals….BE CAREFUL….with about 85-90% erection level, do the kegel/clamp at the base - only, hold the kegel, don’t release it. Now, do a very slight, but very firm, uli-jelq from the base (only going an inch or so), but maintain the kegel while hitting about 5 reps. Release, repeat. I found this very intense, felt like my tool was going to explode. Be careful. Again, I believe girth work should only be every other day. I’ll bet these would even be more effective after a thorough damp heat warmup of at least 6-10 minutes.
Btw, I’ve never pumped or experimented with prolonged clamping. Some have gotten great gains by doing those. Again, my girth work was always short & sweet, with at least 1 day’s rest in between (as opposed to length work).
