I am not sure why anyone thinks there is any scientific basis for the belief abstinence is important for PE. It makes absolutely no sense from any other training science fundamentals.

I’m focused on hanging and yes too much hanging can effect erection quality if not conditioned

That said iv came before and hung quite a few times

Bib did a post that usually four hours after hanging to have sex

I find taking Cialis makes my erection quality much better

I still have sex daily, sometimes twice and do PE a few times a week. As long as your not manipulating your unit for 8-10 hours a day its fine.

I do my big PE workout normally 3-4 times a week normally (although that has cut back now due to corona.)
And I do manual stretches and piss pulls the other 2-3 days a week

More sex is better to put it bluntly. It doesn’t matter whether it affects gains, but I’m certain that having more erections is better than less if you want to get bigger. I’m a fan of Cialis too.

I haven’t had sex since my first month of hanging and I’ve only seen modest gains. Thinking back, sexual activity always seems to dry up during periods I am actively PEing so I don’t have any basis of comparison.

To be honest, I don’t see how sex would limit gains, in fact I believe its the opposite and sex should increase gains. I say this because I always feel really good for a short while after having sex and fairly good for a longtime after. Sex puts you in a good mental state and I believe that positive feeling is good for PE. Have you ever noticed that on days when you were feeling good your flaccid would hang really heavy and long but on days when you were down, no matter how much water you drank your flaccid would remain slightly shrunk?

I also believe this.

The more time your penis spends erect (tissues are in an expanded state), the more any micro-tears you induce in the tissues during exercises have a chance to heal in that expanded state.

From my penis, more sexual activity only makes my skin feel tired and tender, not the internal structures that I am trying to grow.

I don’t have any direct evidence for this, but there is evidence of the opposite:
Men who are into the chastity kink and spend a lot of time in chastity, meaning they are physically unable to get a full erection because of the device they are wearing over their penis; experience a loss of penis size over time.

Use it or lose it.

PE certainly adds to permanent gains. Frequency plays no serious role in achieving an erection for pumping or clamping.

I agree with the notion that some sex is better than no sex for PE. Use it or lose it is right in my book but only to a degree. Rest is obviously very important.

I’m 30 now so I don’t pop many random boners throughout the day anymore like when I was younger. I think getting hard for a sex session at least once a day is very beneficial to the recovery process as long as you aren’t edging for an hour straight and causing more fatigue in the process
